Historic Restoration of multiple structures at the 18th century village of Historic Yellow Springs, adaptive re-use of the turn of the century Security Trust Bank and other historic buildings at the Old Mrs. Smiths Pie facilities in Pottstown or simply restoring and updating a tired and out of compliance modern building like the Record Trac facility in King of Prussia.  RC takes special pride in these projects and the many others like them they have completed over the past twenty-five years.  Having begun as a residential contractor performing numerous historic restoration projects for the great estates along the Main Line, RC has always been passionate about historic restoration.  Partner, Stephen Cottone has continued that commitment serving on the board of directors of Historic Yellow Springs (a Chester County non-profit involved in historic and environmental preservation) for the past eleven years and was elected President in October of 2007.  Consistent with RC’s commitment to GREEN sustainable building practices (learn more by clicking the LEED Green Sustainable tab on the home page), RC brings more than just knowledge to the table on these types of projects; it brings commitment.
