Since its inception, RC has been a serious and concerned local and global citizen. Stephen Cottone has served on the board of directors of Historic Yellow Springs for eleven years and was elected President of the board in October of 2007. At Yellow Springs, Stephen has worked to protect and preserve hundreds of acres of open space, a section of the Pikering Creek and the eleven historic buildings that make up this 18th century village.
